VSP Vision is a global leader in vision care exploring how AI can improve both internal workflows and the patient experience. I worked with the team to support UX/UI design across their emerging AI initiatives, including the creation of an internal AI Studio and a patient-facing AI prototype.

My work included designing key interfaces and user flows for the “Exam Companion,” an AI-powered tool that helps patients better understand their eye health during exams. I also contributed to the foundational design system used across VSP’s AI products and helped create prototypes that demonstrated how AI could enhance personalization, education, and in-office engagement.

Alongside product design, I supported the development of pitch materials and visual storytelling for cross-department presentations, helping communicate the value and future direction of VSP’s AI efforts.
